SHIPPING DELIVERY

1- How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

Before your order is shipped, Gummyhollic Stuff has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different to shipping time alone.


Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Packaging Time + Shipping Time



Processing Time
The time we received your order to the time we start packaging your order. The time to get your order looked at, your payment confirmed, and to make sure the shipping address is correct.
Minimum time: 1-2 business days.
We do not process your order on Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 days for weekend orders.



Packaging Time
After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or two. You will be notified if your order is not in stock. Minimum time: 1-2 business days. If your order is not in stock or out of stock, you can change the order to other available products or you can request for refund your money back.



Shipping Time
The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your package to you.
Minimum time: 4 - 7 business days (with Expedited Shipping)
So total of reaching the products to your place is 10 working days.

2- How can I check the status of my order?

During the process of purchase, you should receive several emails from us. There will be an email confirming your order information, and we will also email you the tracking number after we ship out your order.

You can also contact with our online salesman or customer service representative to get help.

3- What should I do if I never received the shipment?

After we provided the Tracking Number, the customer should track the items online frequently to avoid the troubles unaware in the delivery process. You can email our sales team directly on the lost shipment and we will investigate the case. Once we are convinced that the item was lost, we will replace a new shipment to you or refund. However, we will not be responsible for the lost if you have furnished incorrect information in the order form.
